My passion and purpose is to teach you how to use the power of your own breath to help heal YOUR mental, spiritual and emotional wounds so you can remember WHO are under the human layers. It’s time to shINe your heART on this eARTh. But first let’s put your oxygen mask on so you can serve others. Let’s first serve yourself!

I am Eliza”Beth” Hardin, and to those who know me as Beth or my Native American name, Sage Diamond Lightfeather. I am originally from San Antonio, Tx & have lived in South Tampa for 30 years.  I raised my daughter in S. Tampa as a single mom & business owner. My parents transitioned at young ages & did not leave a legacy for us or generational wealth. My journey has been filled with a lot of death, drama, trauma, hardships, good ol fashioned learning lessons the hard way. domestic violence survivor. School of knocks. The blessing is that I knew at a very young age that I was sent here on earth to spread the remembrance of the positive inside us. To help shine light in the dark. And to help bring the love and money story back to being the best earth story. Let’s re-write the story of your LEGACY. Redesigning it to fit this season of you HISTORY & not keep dragging the history that no longer serves us. Who told you that you had to keep the heavy, hard, ugly crap?

No joke my earth last name given to me is Hardin, however when you know me, you know my story and yes there has been a lot of HARD. The hard was part of my ancestors story and part of mine that I had to see to stop. At some point the one who wants to change has to step up to courage, faith and do the “good hard work” to make that change. This is me. This is my heart and it is a HUGE heART that will never be beaten down, knocked down. I get up with my breath of GRACE every time. I look forward to showing you how to turn your light on brighter when the earth is dark. It is part of the journey and you can change how you choose to vision your journey and what tools to do it with that are waiting inside you to remember.  

I believe we are all healers! My passion and purpose is to hold space for you in our healing journey together. The tools are all inside of you to remember who you are.  My gift of being a practitioner of many modalities is I believe in creating a safe healing space for your journey to allow your Central Nervous System a safe place to breathe.  The body must feel safe to heal, to relax, to reset.

I’ve been working in the healing arts for almost three decades as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Breathwork Practitioner,Spiritual Ministry, Reiki Master, Holististic Financial Coach, Yoga Instructor, Dolphin neurostim for scars & neuropathy, Cupping, Bemer Energy Medicine, Prenatal healing Fascia Blasting (incorporated with Infrared sauna), Card Reading, Spirit Buster Clearings, Death Dula, Grief recovery, domestic violence healing,Sage/smude cleansing, TMJ/face & neck reset.

I love to hold space for you in our journeys in groups, 1:1, in person & virtually. Where are energy is, there we are!

I have been through much to understand what this human body, mind & spirit needs to thrive in our vibration on earth. My mission is to share this with you in our time together.  When you are in ANY session with me, you are entering the remembrance of who you are & allowing your body to take that new fresh breath of life again.
