We all need a corner of our INner home (HEART) cleared & breathwork is the deepest cleanse you can show up for.
This one you can’t hire out, YOU have to show up for YOU! We all carry something form the ancestors left behind for us to do the work! And from our own story.
It is life changing & never the same each time, just like interior designing your inner home! It’s time to knock down some walls that no longer serves your LEGACY!
The cost is lower than most to keep consistency/maintenance in your life, your mental, physical, emotional & spiritual self. Self care=Self love. Total wellness!

$40 for a 90 minute class to go DEEP and be in safe healing space. And I am known to be generous to go over on time.
We will gather for a light community connection & dive deep breathwork with plenty of soma relaxation at the end to heal your central nervous system.
Please wear comfy relaxing clothes.
Time: 7 PM (6:45)
Please arrive a 10-15 minutes early to get parked, in the door, potty, give hugs & set up your spot!
I AM STRICT ON STARTING ON TIME to give you the full amount of time you deserve! Doors will be locked!

Milagro Breathwork is a form of pranayama breathwork,
which means active breathing combined with soma relaxation time for a body reset.
Just like a computer, we need a reset or a reboot – and this is what breathwork does for us! MILAGRO BREATHWORK was birthed from a breathwork mediation of my own with Spirit.
