Milagro Breathwork is just that:
a miracle in your breath.
It is a profound journey of self-discovery by using your breath in patterns to go deep within.
Deep breathwork allows the stress, negativity and old story to unfold, releasing and unlocking the miracles within.
You will gain wisdom and courage as well as a spiritual connection like no other!

Milagro Breathwork is a form of pranayama breathwork,
which means active breathing combined with soma relaxation time for a body reset.
Just like a computer, we need a reset or a reboot – and this is what breathwork does for us! MILAGRO BREATHWORK was birthed from a breathwork mediation of my own with Spirit.
