What is Milagro Breathwork?
Milagro Breathwork is just that:
a miracle in your breath.
It is a profound journey of self-discovery by using your breath in patterns to go deep within.

Milagro Breathwork is a form of pranayama breathwork,
which means active breathing combined with soma relaxation time for a body reset.
Just like a computer, we need a reset or a reboot – and this is what breathwork does for us! MILAGRO BREATHWORK was birthed from a breathwork mediation of my own with Spirit.
I heard bring the remembrance of the miracle in the breathe to ALL. Milagro Breathwork was created by the founder, Beth Hardin.
